MELTING VISCERAL BELLY FAT

As we get older it gets harder and harder to maintain a trim waist line. For men in particular that build up can be really unhealthy. It can be toxic visceral fat which can really mess with your energy levels, cause lower libido and general make you feel rundown. The dangers of this is that you might not even appear “fat” to the eye. Most people will have some level of build up with this stuff even if they look reasonably trim. In many cases of non-obese men there can still be up to 15 kilos of hardend waste and fat residing in the gut, which also causes reduced blood flow to many of the most vital organs in the human body and stifling how they operate.

Visceral fat, the “active” fat stored deep around internal organs, is highly dangerous because it secretes inflammatory chemicals and fatty acids directly into the bloodstream. It significantly raises risks for heart disease, type 2 diabetes, stroke, high cholesterol, liver disease, and specific cancers.

“What can we do about this?” I hear you ask? well here’s a great way to start melting those belly kg’s away bit by bit:

The Fat Melting Drink

BOIL SOME WATER and make yourself a small tea sized hot water drink add the following ingredients:

  • Add half a squeezed lemon (Half a small one will do)
  • Add half a teaspoon of Tumeric
  • Add a sprinkle of Cayenne Pepper
  • Add a half teaspoon of honey
  • 20-30mls of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • A clove or two of Garlic
mix it all up in the hot water and drink! Do this once a day and you’ll feel the fat melt out of your guts bit by bit over a few weeks, I’ve been doing this and noticed a slight difference after only a week.

The above is suggested dosage. Things like cayenne pepper are particular to each individual’s tolerance use as much as you can handle. I only use a few sprinkles but there’s people that use much more and even use actual Chilli flakes (I couldn’t handle that). These both serve to speed up the metabolism as well. The drink is not easy to drink either. But you’re doing a positive thing!

The most important parts of this are the pepper, lemon juice and tumeric and garlic (I use crushed garlic from a jar) and others go further with the honey, cinnamon, ginger etc. The important thing is that you’re doing this and doing yourself a regular favour by doing this. Even if you don’t have everything on hand all the time, doing something even it if was a half lemon in water is a huge step for your health.
