NATURALLY INCREASING TESTOSTERONE

  • Fatty Fish – Salmon, Tuna and macrel – Omega 3 in fish is great for testosterone function and brain function. Try to get wild salmon, not farmed fish. Farm raised fish won’t do you much good
  • Whole Eggs – make sure you have the yolk as well as the whites! The Yolks contain testosterone building cholesterol.
  • Garlic – Its good for pretty much everything.
  • Cacao – either get the powder, seeds or 85% dark chocolate
  • Pomegranite – I find this hard to get anywhere so the best I can do is buy the juice
